2. Heard Mr. Preetam Talaulikar. When the order was passed, he could not remain present due to vertigo in support of which, he has tendered a certificate of Dr. Mahesh Amonkar.

3. Ad-interim stay granted earlier was confirmed on 05.07.2019 without hearing Mr. Talaulikar.

4. Mr. Bhobe on the other hand objects.

5. In the interest of justice, the order dated 05.07.2019 is recalled and restored to the same position at the stage of ad-interim relief.

6. Application stands disposed of.

7. Stand over to 31.07.2019 for placing on record comparative instances, if any, in respect of the subject matter of the suit property.
