2. The proposed legal representative no.8(a) of the deceased respondent no.8 is served. None appears for him. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. Necessary addition to be carried out forthwith.

3. Shri Menezes, the learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the respondent no.1 and 2(a) to 2(c) are the only contesting respondents being the original plaintiffs. In that view of the

MCA/605/2018 matter, the present application is allowed only to put the record straight. However, issue of notices in the appeal to the newly added respondents is hereby dispensed with.
