The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the petitioners intend to challenge the impugned order in an appeal before the learned District Judge. He requests for grant of appropriate protection on the point of limitation.
2. The petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn. In the event the petitioners file an appeal challenging the impugned order, the learned District Judge shall have due regard to the provisions of Section 5 and Section 14 of the Limitation Act while considering the question of delay, if any.
