Date:- 20th March, 2017 FINAL ORDER On hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and considering the issue so involved and as detailed inquiry, reasons are necessary for adjudicating such complaints of such Devasthan and its management in view of order dated 16.3.2016 and as we have also noted that impugned order dated 26.4.2016 is without sufficient reasons which are necessary to adjudicate the issue of management or the administration of the Devasthan. Therefore, by keeping all the contentions open and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to dispose off present Writ Petition by setting aside order dated 26.4.2016.

2. Respondent no.2 to give fresh hearing to all the concerns in accordance with law.

3. Parties are at liberty to file additional documents, if any, within, two weeks. Defences, if any, rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.

4. Respondent no.2 to dispose off the matter as early as possible and preferably within three months thereafter.

5. All contention of the parties are kept open.
