2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount under award before this Court within a period of four weeks. On depositing the said amount before this Court, the execution and operation of the award dated 29.04.2015 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. The Registry is directed to invest the amount in fixed deposit in any Nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and same shall be renewed from time to time till further orders. The respondents are at liberty to apply.
