Heard Mr. A. Kakodkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Salkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. Though the petitioner has raised different contentions in the above Writ Petition, Mr. A. Kakodkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that in case all the contentions of the petitioner raised in the above petition are left open and the respondent no.2 is directed to take a decision on the show cause notice issued to the petitioner dated 10.04.2015 expeditiously, the above petition may be disposed of.
3. Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the
WP/622/2015 respondents upon instructions states that the petitioner has already filed a reply and the matter is posted for hearing on 14.08.2015. The learned Government Advocate further submits that the final decision on the said show cause notice shall be taken within two weeks thereafter. Accepting the said statement of the learned Government Advocate that the final decision on the said show cause notice dated 10.04.2015 shall be taken within two weeks from the date of hearing fixed on 14.08.2015, the above petition stands disposed of. Needless to say that all the contentions of both the parties on merits are left open.
