The Misc. Civil Application is placed before the Court for orders, since objections have not been removed by the Petitioner. The matter was first before the Registrar on 19.07.2018, when none appeared for the Petitioner. The learned Registrar granted two week's time. The matter thereafter appeared on 27.09.2018, when once again none appeared for the Petitioner. The application was for production of additional documents in Writ Petition No. 535 of 2016. Notices were directed to be issued to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in Writ Petition No. 535 of 2016.

2. When the matter was called out in the morning session, Respondent No.1 (State) appeared through learned Additional Government Advocate. None, however, appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. The matter was kept back and is called out again in the afternoon session, when none appears for the Petitioner. The application is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
