Heard Mr. C. Padgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Mahesh Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. This is an application for modification of clause (i) in the Order dated 13th March, 2014 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.20/2014 in Criminal Appeal No.35/2013 whereby the applicant was permitted to apply for a duplicate passport on furnishing a fresh bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and two solvent sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Judge. It is pointed out that as the record and proceedings in respect of the sessions case is brought before this Court, the said condition cannot

CRMA/151/2016 be satisfied before the learned Trial Judge.

3. Hence, Clause (i) of the said order dated 13/03/2014 stands modified and the surety amount of Rs.25,000/- to be granted to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Judge stands modified to read that such surety shall be granted to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
