"Apropos of the last order passed by this Court, i.e. Order dated 30/04/2019, it is clarified that appointments to the posts of Watchmen, Sweepers, Liftmen, etc. shall be made in accordance with the regular appointment procedure. It shall be open, however, to the appointing authority to consider trained personnel listed by Goa Human Resources Development

MCA/654/2019 Corporation provided their applications or names are submitted by the Corporation or the State Government."
