Heard Shri Teles, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. The applicant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 279,337 and 304-A of IPC and has been sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for four months under Section 279, five months under Section 337 and suffer simple imprisonment for a period of one year under Section 304-A of I.P.C.
3. The conviction and sentence has been confirmed in appeal by the learned Sessions Judge.
4. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the financial condition of the applicant is precarious and he is the sole earning member in the family. The applicant was on bail during the
CRMA/192/2015 course of the trial as also in appeal.
5. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that appropriate orders be passed.
6. In such circumstances, the following order is passed:- i. The applicant shall be released on bail on execution of a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii. The applicant shall undertake to remain present before this court as and when required.
iii. Bail shall be furnished before the learned Magistrate.
7. Application stands disposed of.
