Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent no. 1. Perused record.

In my considered view, the order dated 01.07.2019, refusing to permit the applicants to cross examine the Inquiry Officer, is not subject matter of challenge in the main petition and that cannot be challenged merely by filing a civil application, without seeking the amendment of the main petition.

3. In that view of the matter, the civil application is disposed off. By consent of parties, time for disposing off the show cause notice is extended by a period of one month.
