2. This is an application under Order XLI Rule 27 of the Civil Procedure Code for production of a copy of the order dated 13.07.2018 passed by the Village Panchayat of Old Goa, cancelling the licence issued in favour of the respondent nos.1 and 2.

3. Mr. Sardessai, the learned Senior Counsel for the applicants submits that since after the filing of the application, the

MCA/614/2018 respondent nos.1 and 2 had challenged the said order and the same has been set aside. He, therefore submits that the application has become infructuous.

4. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off as infructuous.
