he petitioner seeks direction to the respondent no.3 to forthwith act on the complaints dated 03.05.2024, 14.05.2024 and 21.06.2024 iled by the petitioner and further initiate action for demolition of the illegal unauthorized constructions erected by respondent no.4 in the shops situated in the subject property and for a further direction to the respondent no.3 to execute demolition against respondent no.4. 2.

he petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to look into the said complaints and take the same to their logical conclusion and to take appropriate action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from today. 3.

he petition is disposed of. No costs.
