2. By the order dated 11/12/2014, ad interim stay was granted subject to condition of deposit of the entire amount covered by the award before this Court within a period of four weeks. The record discloses that the amount is deposited on 7/01/2015.

3. In such circumstances, the order dated 11/12/2014 is made absolute. The ad interim relief shall operate as interim relief pending disposal of appeal. The amount deposited before this Court shall be invested in any Nationalised Bank, if not already invested.
