2. This is an application filed by the applicant for the withdrawal of the amount of Rs.9,19,933/- deposited before this Court on 21.11.2005.

3. Learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, has no objection to pay such amount to the Petitioner. However, she further submitted that the Office be directed to pay the amount after deduction of TDS.

4. Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.9,19,933/-. Before the payment of such amount, the office to deduct the TDS as prayed for.
