Heard Mr. A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Pavithran A.V., learned Counsel appearing for the original petitioners, respondents herein, and Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondent no. 3.

2. This is an application for extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in the Judgment dated 28.07.2015 which came to be thereafter extended by Order dated 25.10.2016.

3. Mr. Bhobe, learned Counsel for the applicant states that 471 notices were issued pursuant to the directions of this Court out of which 223 have concluded. It is further pointed out that some of the parties have filed appeals challenging such order which are pending before the appellate authority. Learned Counsel for the original petitioner, the respondent herein, points out that the applicants are not taking expeditious steps to comply with the directions issued by this Court. It is further pointed out that though allegations are that some of the premises have been sealed, no particulars have been submitted. Learned Counsel as such submits that the extension if at all granted should be subject to some conditions. Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General states that positively all the applications would be disposed of within one year from today.

4. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons stated herein, we are inclined to extend the time limit as stipulated in the Order dated 28.07.2015 by one year from today. The applicants to submit the progress report every three months in this Court with all the particulars giving the identity of the premises and the individual parties in terms of the directions of this Court.
