Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Priolkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions states that the order/communication dated 14.07.2021 (Exhibit P-4 at Page 23) issued by the Deputy Collector (DRO), South Goa, Margao is hereby withdrawn. This statement is accepted and the communication dated 14.07.2021 is to be treated as withdrawn for all legal purposes and intent.

Mr. Priolkar also places on record certain notings in connection with this matter to point out that on 10.08.2021 a decision has already been 29th September 2021

903 WP 305 of 2021.doc taken to forward the Petitioner's complaint to the Local Complaints Committee, South Goa in compliance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Mr. Priolkar states that the complaint will be forwarded within one week from today.

This statement is also accepted.

According to us, with the aforesaid, the grievances of the Petitioner in this petition stand substantially redressed. Mr. Kulkarni states that the grievances of the Petitioner now stand substantially redressed. 5.

We make it clear that we have not examined the allegations made by the Petitioner against Respondent No.2 herein. Therefore, all contentions of all parties on this issue are expressly left open. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
