Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted that the Demand Draft dated 11/3/2016 was deposited with a delay of only one day, as the amount was payable by 28/2/2016. Even in so far as the payment for the month of June 2016 is concerned, it is submitted that inadvertently the demand draft remained to be deposited before the Court which is now deposited. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). This order shall not be taken as a precedent if there is any further default in the matter of deposit. The Misc. Civil Applications Nos. 386 and 139/2016 to stand over to 28/11/2016.

2. It is clarified that in view of the grant of the application, the

MCA/606/2016 interim relief continues.
