By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of clause (f) of the judgment and order dated 20/6/2016. It is contended that when the applicant went to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- before the Co operative Tribunal it was informed that the amount would be simply credited to the Government Treasury and will not fetch any interest. In such circumstances, by consent of the parties the clause (f) of the judgment and order dated 20/6/2016 is modified permitting the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000- before this Court within a period of one week from today. On deposit of the amount,the office shall invest the same in any nationalized bank

MCA/608/2016 initially for a period of one year.
