2. There is a delay of 151 days in instituting this appeal. The delay is sufficiently explained. Mr Halarnkar points out that only explanation relates to the movement of file from one table to other. From the perusal of the application, the movement of file from one table to other is one of the reasons. There are other reasons concerning the officials who had some difficulties in processing the matter. There were also some changes of officials who were dealing with the file. 4th January, 2024

MCA 389 of 2023 The delay is also not inordinate and there is no lack of bonafide.

3. On cumulative consideration of all these circumstances, the delay is condoned.
