2. Mr Shirodkar points out that service is complete on all the respondents and affidavit of service is also filed.

3. This application seeks condonation of delay of 216 days in instituting an appeal against judgment and award dated 22.09.2016 made by the Reference Court.

4. On perusing the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for condonation. Besides, Mr Shirodkar points out that this Court has admitted appeals against awards arising out of the same Notification.

5. For all the above reasons, Misc. Civil Application No.505/2018 is disposed of by condoning the delay in filing the First appeal. There shall be no order for costs.
