2. Though this petition was filed challenging the impugned order whereby learned Trial Court has allowed amendment application at Exhibit 137 in Civil Suit No.44/2012 and that the said order of allowing amendment was stayed by this Court, it is reported that the Civil Suit No.44/2012 proceeded and the same has been disposed of by Judgment and Decree dated 28.04.2022 by the Trial Court. Considering the above-admitted fact and disposal of the Civil Suit itself, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
