This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant no.1.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel that the appellant no.2 is the wife of the appellant no.1.

3. The learned counsel further states that the appellant no.2 has already served the application on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and produced an endorsement thereof which is marked 'X' for identification.

4. As the averments made in the application stand

MCA/609/2016 uncontroverted, the delay stands condoned.

The legal representatives of the deceased appellant no.1 are ordered to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within one week.
