Heard Shri S. Shet, Advocate for the applicant. It is pointed out that the applicant, who has been convicted by the Children's Court, Goa is undergoing sentence of ten years.

Shri Amonkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, though has opposed the application, yet in the light of the fact that the applicant is already undergoing the sentence, so also, in view of the reasons stated in the application, there is no reason not to condone the delay.

As such, the delay of 674 days stands condoned.
