The learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a limited prayer that the representation of the Petitioner be decided by the Corporation. The learned Counsel for the Corporation has placed on record an affidavit sworn by the Commissioner and has stated that within a time-bound schedule the representation will be decided.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the representation of the Petitioner be decided within a period of four weeks. We make it clear that this direction for disposal of the representation does not mean that we have permitted the
