3. The reasons for condonation of delay would also be relevant and germane for allowing this Revision Application in as much as the registration of Writ Petition was refused for non-compliance of the office objections, during the period when the learned Counsel was granted leave.

4. The Revision Application is accordingly allowed, subject costs of Rs.3,000/-, to be deposited with the Goa State Legal Services Authority, Panaji. Let the Writ Petition be registered, subject to deposit of costs and removal of office objections, within a period of one week.
