2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 110 days in filing a Revision Application, challenging the order dated 17/04/2015, passed by the Registrar of this Court, whereby the registration of Writ Petition/ Stamp Number Main No.635/2015 has been refused for want of non-clearance of the office objections.

3. It is submitted by Shri D'Silva, the learned Counsel for the applicant that he was granted leave from 16/04/2015 to 30/04/2015 and the impugned order came to be passed on 17/04/2015. He undertakes to remove office objections within a period of one week.

4. As the order impugned is one of refusal of registration and rejection for non-compliance of the office objections, no notice need be issued to the respondent.

5. For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay in filing Revision Application is hereby condoned. Let the Revision Application be registered.
