The Misc. Civil Application seeks recall of A dismissal order passed on 23/01/2019 for want of prosecution. The petitioners had not cleared office objections. It is submitted that the petitioners have cleared all office objections save and except one. A particular annexure was to be, but could not be substituted.

2. For the reasons stated in the Application, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed by recalling the order dated 23/01/2019 and restoring the petition on file after condoning delay in taking out the Misc Civil Application. It is made clear that the office objections must be removed latest by tomorrow i.e. 12/07/2019. In the event, the office objections are not removed the petition

MCA/659/2019 stands rejected under the applicable rules for non-removal of office objections without reference to this Court.
