The learned counsel for the Respondents state that the Respondents have no objection for grant of relief in this petition that is the prayer of expeditious disposal of the Representation. 4.

The learned Additional Government Advocate states that the representation will be decided within a period of three months. Statement is accepted.

In view of this position, no further orders are required in this petition. As far as the possibility of settlement between the parties is concerned, it is open for the parties to arrive at the settlement in the proceedings before the Mamlatdar who will be considering the representation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
