2. It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate for the Respondent i.e. Mapusa Municipal Council, that in the petition, the Petitioner seeks a writ of Certiorari and should therefore be heard by the Division Bench. Without prejudice to the submissions, learned Senior Advocate has placed on record, communication dated 01.08.2025 informing the Petitioner that on Respondent No. 1 realizing that the Show Cause Notice dated 16.06.2025 has not been served on the Petitioner, prior to revocation of the repair license cum Work Stoppage Order dated 04.07.2025 being served on the Respondent, this revocation order has 4th August, 2025

WP 312 of 2025 been withdrawn. This communication has been placed on record, and a copy of the same has been handed over to the Petitioner. It was also submitted that the communication dated 01.08.2025 was served by affixation on the door of the concerned premises, by Respondent No. 1.

3. Learned Senior Advocate further placed on record Show Cause Notice cum Work Stoppage Order dated 01.08.2025, which has been, according to the Respondent, served by affixation on the door of the concerned premises. A copy of the Show Cause Notice cum Work Stoppage Order has been given to the Petitioner.

4. The Petitioner submits that, considering the impugned order dated 04.07.2025 is now being withdrawn/revoked, and a fresh Show Cause Notice dated 01.08.2025 has been served on the Petitioner, on instructions, the petition is being withdrawn.

4. Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
