For the reasons to be recorded hereinafter, the application for bail in anticipation of arrest is allowed. The applicant is ordered to execute a personal bond in the amount of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one local surety in co-extensive amount to the satisfaction of the I.O. He shall report at the Police Station for a period of ten days between 10.00 hours to 13.00 hours and 14.00 hours till 17.00 hours. The applicant shall co-operate with the course of investigation fully.

2. Any violation of the terms of the order shall entitle the State

CRMAB/206/2018 to apply for cancellation of bail.

3. In these terms, the application stands disposed off.

4. Authenticated copy of this order be issued to the parties in accordance with law.
