2. Looking into the relief sought in the Petition, we find that the question of entertaining the above Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India would not be justified.

3. Needless to say, any pending proceedings as contended by the Petitioners, shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. Such proceedings are expedited and directed to be disposed within one year.
