Learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents submits that 50% of the amount could be allowed to be withdrawn subject to certain conditions.

2. In view thereof, the application is allowed whereby the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the compensation deposited in this Court subject to executing an undertaking before the Registrar that they would indemnify the amount if they succeed in the appeal.
