The petitioner desires a disposal in the wake of the decision taken by the Managing Director, GTDC for allotment of an alternate berthing space to St. Monica Jetty in Panaji. It is informed that since one vacant slot is allotted to the Corporation, in view, it is requested to direct the operation and maintenance agency shall allot the said vacant slot in favour of the petitioner. Accepting the said communication on record and marked 'X' for identification, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
