It is submitted by learned Counel for the Petitioners that seven other Petitions were disposed of by an order dated 03.01.2024 in similar Writ Petitions, wherein same orders of demolition by the Mormugao Municipal were set aside for not having heard the Petitioners before passing the same. Consequently, upon setting aside those seven orders, the Petitioners in those seven Petitions as also the three Petitioners in the present three Petitions were heard and all ten notices were disposed of by the Mormugao Municipal Council, against which the parties have preferred their remedies under the Municipalities Act.

In the light of these facts, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that these Petitions are now infructuous and seeks to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the Petitions stand diposed of as withdrawn.
