1. The learned Advocate for the parties submits that Consent Terms came to be filed on 21.10.2024, in Commercial Suit No. 16/2020/A in which the Applicant who was Defendant No.1 in the suit has undertaken to unconditionally withdraw the present application 3rd March, 2025

CRMA 72 of 2022 (Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 72 of 2022) and Criminal Appeal No. 565 of 2022(F), filed before this Court as part of the concerned order. The Commercial Court has disposed of that suit by Decree dated 21.10.2024, in terms of the Consent Terms filed therein.

2. Considering the specific undertaking given in clause (3) of the Consent Terms, the Applicant who is personally present in the Court seeks to withdraw the present application and Criminal Appeal No. 565 of 2022(F). Consequently, Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 566 of 2022(F) stands dismissed as withdrawn, so also Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 72 of 2022 and Criminal Appeal No. 565 of 2022(F), stand dismissed as withdrawn.
