The Contempt Petition was filed complaining of noncompliance that despite several orders, the directions of this Court in its final judgement dated 29th June 2015 in the Writ Petition remained without compliance.

As we have noted in separate orders passed today, there is a compliance report filed by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority ("GCZMA"). Whether that report is correct or incorrect is another matter.

We have disposed of the MCAs. We have condoned the delay. In our view no useful purpose would be served by further proceeding with the Contempt Petition.

We make it clear that while examining the compliance report we may yet refer to some of the material that is on record in one or the other of these applications and proceedings. 5.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of with these observations.
