2. This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.12(a) on record, who died on 29/08/2013, while the present application is filed on 12/08/2015. However, it is a matter of record that the wife of the deceased is already on record as the respondent no.12(b) and in that view of the matter, there would

MCA/539/2015 not be any abatement. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.12(b), who is appointed as Guardian for the respondent nos.12(c), 12(d) and 12(e), submits that appropriate orders may be passed in the circumstances.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and for reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Amendment/ incorporation of the proposed respondents shall be carried out within a period of two weeks.
