The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. He, however, points out that there is a minor correction which is required in the judgment and order dated 24.06.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.532/2012.

On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicants, the judgment dated 24.06.2019 is hereby corrected. Consequently, the applicants and the respondent no.7 (the original defendant no.4) are permitted to file the written statement within a period of three weeks from 24.06.2019. The judgment stands corrected accordingly. The correct copy shall be uploaded.
