Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Our attention is invited to the Roznama Sheet dated 17.02.2022 which is at page 33 of the paperbook. On this date, the earlier complaint of the petitioner dated 01.02.2022 was disposed of upon the respondent no.3 agreeing not to encroach any further. he petitioner submits that despite giving undertaking, the respondent no.3 continued with the unauthorised construction.

he petitioner iled a complaint dated 02.06.2022 before respondent no.2. Mr V. Braganza appears for respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisied if the complaint dated 02.06.2022 is considered by respondent no.2 and taken to its logical 28th August, 2024

925-WP-628-2024.DOC conclusion. Accordingly, the respondent no.2 shall look into the complaint of the petitioner and take a decision thereon within a period of three months from today.
