This is an application for appointment of the respondent no.12(b) as Guardian for the minor respondent nos.12(c), 12(d) and 12(e), whose names are mentioned in para 3 of the application. The respondent no.12(b) is the mother of the minor children. The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the interest of the minor children and the respondent no.12(b) are not adverse.
