Accordingly, we dispose of this civil application by granting leave to amend. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today and copy of the amended petition to be served upon the learned counsel for respondents.

Mr. Chodankar who appears for respondent no.4 seeks two weeks time to file response to the amended petition. Time as prayed for is granted. Respondent No.2 is also granted two weeks time to file reply.
