This is an application for correction of date in clause 5(b) of the order dated 24/07/2015 passed in Misc. Civil Application (Main) no.379/2015.

2. It is submitted that inadvertently the date of the registration of the marriage under no.62 of the year 2009 was mentioned as 12/01/2009 and it should be 23/01/2009. It is submitted that the error cropped up as inadvertently in the application filed by the applicant, the date was wrongly mentioned as 12/01/2009.

3. I have considered the submissions. Even in the main proceedings there was no appearance on behalf of the respondent. Considering

MCA/538/2015 the fact that the number of the registration of the marriage being 62 of the year 2009 is correct and the correction sought is only pertaining to the date, the application is allowed as prayed. The date as mentioned in para 5(b) be corrected as 23/01/2009. The corrected order be uploaded separately. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
