The only limited relief, which the Petitioner seeks in this Petition, is to direct Respondent No.1 to dispose of the Petitioner's applications seeking NOC under the provisions of the Goa Public Health Act, 1985 (said Act).

Mr. Redkar, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the pending applications will be disposed of, on their own merits and in accordance with law, by Respondent No.1, within a

The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
