Ms Neha Kholkar and Mr Guruprasad Naik, learned counsel for the applicant and respondent respectively, submit that this application may be made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as follows:- "a) The Miscellaneous Civil Application (main) be allowed and this Hon'ble Court be pleased to ratify and confirm the judgment for dissolution of marriage passed by the Personal Status Court, Dubai Courts, Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates thereby dissolving the marriage between the Applicant and the respondent; and 16th March 2023

18-MCAM-933-19.DOC b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate directions to the Civil cum Sub-Registrar of Mormugao Taluka, Goa for cancellation of registration of marriage between the Applicant and the respondent recorded at Entry No. 172/2011 of the Marriage Registration Book for the year 2011 vide Certificate of Marriage No. 1012 against receipt no. 78/74 in the Office of the Civil Registrar, Mormugao (Exh. A).
