On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The petition is allowed.

(ii) The impugned orders dated 27/07/2015 and 22/04/2016 are set aside.

(iii)The petitioners are permitted to implead Mrs. Alka Rajan Pai Panandicar and her husband Mr. Rajan Pai Panandicar as party defendants to the suit.

(iv) The Trial Court shall permit necessary addition, which the petitioners shall carry out within a period of two weeks from today.

WP/762/2016 (v) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
