2. This is an application for stay of the operation of the execution and operation of the impugned order as also permission to deposit the rent before the Court of the Civil Judge Junior Division at Vasco-da-Gama, where the execution case is pending.

3. It is submitted that in view of the fact that the Writ Petition is already admitted, appropriate orders may be passed. The learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petition may be expedited and heard at an early date. With regard to the deposit of the rent is concerned, the learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection for permitting the applicant to deposit the rent.

4. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 7(a) and 7(b).
