The learned Counsel for the applicant is only pressing the application so far as prayer clause 12(c) is concerned for withdrawal of the amount.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents has no objection for permitting the withdrawal subject to the applicants furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

3. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of

MCA/675/2019 prayer clause (c). The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court within three weeks from today. "(c) Grant permission to the applicant to withdraw the deposited amount subject to such conditions this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

4. Civil Application is disposed off.
