Mr. Gaonkar, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that direction in the order dated 13.4.2017 have been duly complied. He files an affidavit of Ratan Ghodke. To the affidavit are appended necessary email and no objection certificate. Affidavit alongwith its accomplishments are taken on record.

2. Mr. Phadte, learned Counsel appears for Deepak Ghodke and Ratan Ghodke. Said parties are present in Court. Mr. Phadte as well as parties state that they have no objection, if, relief is granted to the applicant in terms of prayer clause (a).

3. Accordingly, application is made absolute in terms of prayer

MCA/723/2016 clause(a). It is clarified that after payment of the amount to the applicant i.e Ratan Ghodke whatever amount that remains are to be refunded to the State Government. This is consistent with order dated 21.8.2014 made by this Court in Civil Review Application no.15/2014. Registry is requested to process the refund as early as possible, so that, Ratan Ghodke, receives the amount due to her at the earliest.

4. Application stands disposed of.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
