Mr. Lotlikar states that though condonation of delay is applied for, technically, the same was not necessary. He points out that this application was filed when order made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India extending the period of limitation due to the Covid Pandemic was in force. 3.

Considering the above submission, as a matter of abundant caution, the delay, if any, is hereby condoned. Abatement, if any, is also set aside.
